PROGRAM BEGINS SUNDAY 2/18/2024 (you can jump in any-time after it starts!)

Just like marathon runners, good readers consistently practice and challenge themselves! Can you complete the reading marathon training program!? All ages are welcome to participate, including kids who are not yet reading because being read to always counts!

To participate, the library will provide an official paper reading log. Stop by the library to get one! If you don’t have time to stop by the library at the start of the program, simply record the dates you read each week (see below for more information). You can stop by at a later date and fill in the log to claim the drawing tickets.

Readers are challenged to read 4 days during each of the weeks listed below. For every week a person reads 4 days, a librarian will give them 5 tickets to enter into the prize basket drawing. Stop in weekly to claim tickets OR claim them by Saturday 3/23/2024.

WEEK 1: Sunday February 18, 2024 - Saturday February 24, 2024
WEEK 2: Sunday February 25, 2024 - Saturday March 2, 2024
WEEK 3: Sunday March 3, 2024 - Saturday March 9, 2024
WEEK 4: Sunday March 10, 2024 - Saturday March 16, 2024

All ages are welcome to participate, including kids who are not yet reading because being read to always counts!

PRIZE DRAWING INFORMATION:

You must present the reading log on/by Saturday 3/23/2024 to claim your prize tickets and enter them into the drawing baskets. All winners must be able to pick up their prize at the Hopkinton Public Library. The prize drawings will be held on Monday 3/25/2024. All winners will be contacted by email on 3/25/2024.
