In this workshop we will discuss the essentials of better brain health to help you nurture, protect, and improve your mind. You will learn how taking better care of your brain can improve your self-esteem, boost your confidence, make you feel like the best version of yourself, and ultimately be more successful in school, work, relationships, and life.

We will discuss the principles you need to know to change your brain and your life along with how to prevent or minimize the major risk factors known to negatively affect your mind.

Whether you want to sharpen your memory, reverse brain aging, decrease your risk of Alzheimer’s disease or simply just want to improve your health and well-being, this workshop is for you. 

Cherie is a longtime Hopkinton resident who worked many years in the financial services industry as a CPA before starting her own Health Coaching business. She is no stranger to the nonstop lifestyle that most of us live and her mission is to help people bring more joy back into their lives by implementing small, sustainable habits that make a huge difference in how they feel and act. She is a Certified Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and a Dr. Amen Licensed Brain Trainer.
