The Supreme Court is one of the most consequential institutions of government in the United States: its decisions have profound and enduring importance for American life and politics. In this series, we will explore four of the major cases recently decided by the Court during its last term. We'll learn about the cases by examining the law and politics behind each case, the political balance of the Court, the influence of conservative thought on the current majority, and the likely consequences for our country in each decision.

Dr. Smailes will be joining us via Zoom. You are welcome to attend remotely, or in-person at the Library. We'll have the Zoom meeting set up on a large screen. Please register whether you are attending in person or virtually.

If you have any questions, please email dboudreau@hopkintonma.gov
