Join Hopkinton resident and neurodiversity consultant Betsy Johnson, M.Ed. for an introduction to neurodiversity and autism for local businesses and organizations! Betsy currently works as an autism specialist and educator, coaching neurodivergent adults in meeting their personal goals in areas of education, employment, independent living, executive functioning, self-determination and self efficacy. She also works with organizations, providing guidance on the recruitment, hiring, and ongoing support of neurodivergent employees.

She is a regular speaker to corporations and other organizations interested in better supporting their neurodiverse employees. It is her strong belief that hiring and supporting neurodiverse employees puts companies at a competitive advantage.
